  • Every piano has its own unique sound. One might be described as “glassy”, another as “warm”. Although the original design establishes the basic character of your piano’s tone, we can modify this to better suit your taste or restore its original tone if it has deteriorated with age. This process is called voicing.

  • The touch of your piano is determined in most part by the mechanism inside the instrument called the action. If the touch of your piano is too heavy, too light, or some notes are not playing quite right, the issue often lies in the action. These issues are usually caused by environment and/or age-related wear, and can be resolved by a skilled technician.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide you through the process, and get your piano back playing at its best.
